- The refund request should be made within seven (7) days of the original Contract purchase.
- The service usage must not exceed 25,000 Premium quality words or its equivalent for any of our paid plans during this time frame.
We recognize that plans may shift, hence we’ve simplified our refund process. However, bear in mind:
- Refunds are NOT processed automatically. If you opt to cancel your account, ensure you reach out to us within seven days post-cancellation to request a refund.
- Typically, account cancellations are set for the conclusion of your billing cycle.
- Regrettably, refunds for usage beyond our 7-day policy cannot be granted.
- Refunds are also unavailable if you’ve utilized your account in the same calendar month of your request, unless it aligns with our 7-day guarantee. It’s advised to terminate your account promptly to circumvent subsequent subscription costs.
- Refunds pertain solely to the current subscription fee on your profile. We cannot refund charges from previous months or any added costs on your account.
